Will you continue to ship to countries affected by COVID-19?

Yes, but we are experiencing slight delays in shipping to countries under quarantine. You will be able to view the status of your oder on the tracking link provided once an order ships. 

How can I return, modify or cancel my order?

Due to the rapid processing of orders, KBSPETS orders cannot be returned, modified or cancelled. 

What do I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

Please contact Customer Service through the email below in the event of any issues with your oder. Please note that damaged orders must be reported to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
