US Orders

We offer FREE shipping within the continental USA via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and backordered items) after receiving your order confirmation email, depending on the time of day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All customized orders will ship within 6-8 weeks. Backordered items typically ship in 8-10 weeks, depending on the specific item ordered and the shipping time displayed under the item description.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for international shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated at checkout! ALL International orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, or USPS, with shipping costs varying depending on the country selected at checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. Territories.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping method, country of destination, and products in your cart. The shipping costs shown at the time of order placement do not include any duties and taxes for the specified country.

All International buyers are responsible for import taxes/duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs, import duties, or fees incurred for importing. All orders are eligible to ship outside the U.S., and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country.

Please be advised that all international shipments undergoing customs clearance may experience delays, and the length of such delays will depend solely on the customs clearance procedures. KBSPETS is not responsible for delays due to customs.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the event that you encounter any issues with your order status, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@kbspets.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into the matter for you. We kindly remind you that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Additional Information & Fraud Verification:

Some orders may require additional processing time for order or identity verification. As we utilize a Third-Party Verification system, we must await clearance before dispatching any flagged orders. Our team will notify customers via email regarding any orders flagged in our system. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders that are marked with fraud after undergoing fraud verification.
